Are Your products vegan?
Your products down to packaging is 100% vegan.
Do Your products contain chemicals?
No, your products are made from all natural and organic ingredients. Yes, that's right, NO Phthalates, Parabens, Mineral Oils, Silicones, Sulfates, Petroleums, Formaldehydes.
Are Your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all ingredients are sourced from cruelty-free suppliers. I do not test any ingredients or products on animals. I do not sell products in China.
Are Your products organic?
Some of the ingredients are organic, but no formulation is fully organic. I hope to make formulas fully organic in the near future.
Are there multiple uses for Your products?
Use the Crème de la Crème body butter as a body cream, facial moisturizer, and/or hair styling sealant.
What is the shelf life of Your products?
The shelf life for your product is 2-4 months. Please keep Hair Mask and Leave-in refrigerated for longer preservation

Shipping:
Can I change my shipping address?
Shipping amendments can be made ONLY if your product has not already shipped. Once your products have shipped, I cannot change any shipping information.
How long will it take for me to receive my products?
I offer free 2-3 shipping Monday through Saturday. Please allow 1-2 days processing time for all orders.
Do Your products ship internationally?
Unfortunately internationally shipping is not offered at this time, but I hope to extend to shipping internationally in the near future. I only ship within the United States.
What happens if I have not received my package?
Often, when you receive a notification that your packaging has been delivered, but you do not have it, your package was mistakenly marked as "delivered" by USPS. In this instance, your package may arrive 3-5 business days after the package was marked delivered. If you do not receive your package 5 business days after being marked delivered, please send an email to shopgknaturals@gmail.com and I will get the issue resolved.
It is also possible that your address was entered incorrectly on your order, or it was sent to an old address if you did not update your shipping information properly. If for any reason your package is returned to me due to an address error, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the package. The cost to reship a package is $15.99 and you will be sent an invoice via email. If you choose to receive a refund rather than have your order resent, you will be refunded for the cost of the products only. I cannot refund shipping cost on returned packages.
If your shipping information on file is incorrect and your package is not returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of a replacement products, plus an additional $15.99 to cover the cost of shipping, should you want a replacement sent. I cannot offer any refunds on orders with address errors which were not returned to me.
Can I rush my order?
Yes, you can have your order expedited. Please send an email to shopgknaturals@gmail.com prior to placing your order.
Packaging:
Is your packaging recyclable and eco-friendly?
Bottles, jar, packaging, and shipping boxes are recyclable and eco-friendly, however, not all lids are recyclable.
Hair Typing:
What hair type can use Your products?
German Kay Naturals does not believe in hairtyping, but are products are most suitable for type 3 and 4 hair.
